Jokadu District Development Fund needs your help to build a Health Clinic. Families living in the Jokadu district of The Gambia are amongst the poorest in Africa. Nobody disputes that.... With your help - just a little help - they could soon have a purpose-built health clinic that will change their lives for ever.  Please look at our site and then decide if you can ignore their plea for help.
