The following are a list of events that hopefully will raise money for our charity during the next six months.

Friday 29th July – Cake stall at Matlock Methodist & Reform Church, Bank Rd, Matlock. 11:00am

Monday 8th Aug. – Charity stall @ Bakewell Market. 8:15am till 3:30pm.

Monday 8th Aug. – Geoff & Julie talking to Matlock Rotary Club @ Temple Hotel. 7:00pm

Tuesday 9th Aug. – Geoff & Julie talking to Wormhill W.I. about their work in The Gambia. 8:00pm

Saturday 13th Aug. – "Steam Up" @ Parkside, Station Rd, Darley Dale.
This is a must for all children and adults who like playing with or watching steam trains!! It is a re-run of the most successful event last year and is back by popular request. For those who just want to watch or sit in the garden, there is plenty of tea, coffee, soft drinks, home made jam or cakes to either eat or take away. Trains are running from 10:00am till 3:00pm [No need to buy a ticket]

Saturday 1st Oct. – CEILIDH @ Risley Village Hall, Just off A52 between Derby & Nottingham, Close to junction 25 M1.
This is the 4th time we have had this enjoyable evening and again returns by popular demand. 7:30pm [Bring your own food and drinks]

Tuesday 11th Oct. – Geoff & Julie talking to Allestree Retired Group @ Memorial Hall, Cornhill Park Lane, Allestree, Derby about their work in The Gambia. 2:15pm.

Thursday 13th Oct. – JDD Fund. Committee Meeting - 7:00pm - venue yet to be decided.

Friday 21st Oct. – Cake stall at Matlock Methodist & Reform Church, Bank Rd, Matlock. 11:00am
